Arduinos controlling DMX lighting? Now that could make a hot visualist set (albeit with inflated setup time). On YouTube, a controllers made from pennies and popsicle sticks, even if it probably cost more than 8 cents. And while usually only musicians control stuff with their feet, you could be the first visualist to do so.
